We aim to provide clear and realistic delivery expectations and will work to have your order processed and delivered as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Standard Shipping: 7–16 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, supplier processing, carrier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages if the products are dispatched from different suppliers or locations.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct before completing your order. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery.
If you notice an error in your delivery details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@dealshq.com.au. We will do our best to assist; however, we may not be able to change delivery details once an order has been dispatched.
