The pan features a food-grade stainless steel freezing surface with refrigerating liquid sealed inside to help maintain a cold working surface.
Before use, place the pan in the freezer as directed, then pour your prepared mixture onto the chilled surface. Use the included scrapers to mix and shape your frozen dessert.
